Robson OTTO Reiter
Born in 1990 in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Chef Robson Otto Reiter infuses each creation with the deep roots and rich flavors of his homeland. With 14 years in the professional kitchen, he has built a career marked by authenticity and a passion for transforming ingredients into emotions.
For Chef Reiter, gastronomy transcends technique;
it is the purest expression of Art, Connection, and Feeling.
He believes that cuisine holds the unique power to unite, inspire, and evoke unforgettable memories.
His international career has been honed in the prestigious kitchens of the Iberian Peninsula, including stints at restaurants and hotels such as Anantara Resort in Vilamoura, Restaurante Sabores da Sé in Faro, Hotel Madrid Bierzo, and Restaurante Floriana in Ponferrada. In each of these stages, Chef Reiter deepened his mastery, elevated the palate, and consolidated his commitment to a cuisine that truly moves.
Integrated into our team since 2018, Chef Reiter now takes the helm at Restaurante Dos Artistas. He is the creative force behind the conception and development of each dish, orchestrating a diverse and multicultural team.
